Now Hiring: Bartender & Beverage Cart Now Hiring for Spring

Hourly rate: $8.00 to $9.00 per hour + Tips = $25 - $30 ++++ per an hour
Part Time

Hourly rate is + tips!!! Do you love socializing and making money? We are seeking experienced food and beverage staff to fill our Bartender position. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and is capable of delivering high-quality customer service. The Bartender will be responsible for serving patrons and fulfilling drink orders for the dining room during regular restaurant hours. Now Hiring: Server

Hour rate: $4.00 - $7.00 plus tips = $18 to $25 per an hour Willing to pay for experience & good work history!!!
Part Time

Hourly rate is + tips!! Willing to pay top dollar for experience. We’re looking for motivated Servers to join our team. We are an 18-hole golf course, restaurant and banquet facility that offers lunch and dinner throughout the golf season as well as special events and weddings all year round. We offer a fun work environment and flexible scheduling for candidates who can provide excellent, timely service to our patrons. Experience is desired but not required.

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Take and process guests’ orders in a timely fashion

  • Memorize drink and dessert menu for on-demand recitation

  • Up-sell desserts and drinks as appropriate for individual guests and parties

  • Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking

  • Maintain a comfortable dining atmosphere and handle guest complaints/requests quickly

  • Bus tables and present guests' check in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED preferred

  • High level of professionalism

  • Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen/restaurant environment

  • Excellent verbal communication and organization skills

Now Hiring: Dishwasher

Hourly rate: $8:00 +
Part Time

We are seeking dishwashers to work in our restaurant and banquet facility. If you’ve ever dreamed of working as a Kitchen Manager or Chef, this position might provide you with a great start!

The ideal candidate believes in showing up on time for work, providing other employees with assistance as needed and following all sanitary and health-related protocols. Advancement opportunities are available. 

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Operate the industrial dishwasher

  • Wash dishes by hand when necessary

  • Empty and clean all trash receptacles

  • Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources

  • Clean dish storage

  • Follow sanitation policies at all times

  • Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times

Hourly rate: $10.00+

Our facility is seeking an experienced, dependable Housekeeper. We are looking for candidates who are available for morning shifts and who can work independently. We offer training and flexible scheduling for all employees. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who wants steady employment in the housekeeping industry.

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Clean the dining room, bar, main entrance, and all areas of the club

  • Clean and maintain common areas of the facility including locations outside and on the golf course

  • Perform laundry duties as necessary

  • Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms

  • Report any damages or repairs needed to management

Hourly rate: $7.50 plus tips
Part Time

Hourly rate is + tips!! We’re looking for motivated candidates to join our team. We are an 18-hole golf course, restaurant and banquet facility that offers lunch and dinner throughout the golf season as well as special events and weddings all year round. Responsibilities of this position:

  • Keeps dining room in clean, orderly manner

  • Removes soiled dishes and linen from tables

  • Sets tables accordingly 

  • Assists servers in their tasks

  • Keeps items stocked and storage areas cleaned

Now Hiring: Golf Shop Staff

Hourly rate: $9.00+
Full Time

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Meet and greet all members and their guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner

  • Responsible for daily operations of range ball recovery utilizing both mechanical and hand machinery and equipment

  • Responsible for tidiness and function of the driving range

  • Help keep all working areas attractive, neat and free of trash and waste

  • Responsible for washing the range balls to maintain their cleanliness and usability

  • Follow procedures for proper opening and closing of the bag room and range operations

  • Keep the outside area uncontested, neat, and clean. Do not allow carts to clog passage area, arrange them neatly after having been used

  • Inspect the condition of golf carts with specific attention to their cleanliness and appearance

  • Responsible for cart cleanliness, cart supplies, cart condition and charging

  • Assist golf shop personnel in the tournament setup of golf carts and range operations

  • Refer all major problems/complaints to a manager

Qualification:

  • Drivers license required to operate golf carts

  • Must be able to clearly communicate customer needs to other team members

  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand 6-8 hours at a time

  • A positive attitude while on the job is also essential

  • Experience working at a golf club is preferred

Now Hiring: Outside Golf Service

Hourly rate: $7.50 + gratuities = $12 + per hour
Part Time

Join our golf service team - we are hiring Outside Golf Service Staff. This position is part-time and seasonal (through the end of October). We offer a flexible schedule. ***Free golf and cart included on our historic and well maintained 18 hole golf course***

Responsibilities:

Hourly rate: $16 - $20/hour
Full Time

The Lantern Restaurant & Bar at Bullseye Golf Club is a newly open-to-the-public restaurant & banquet facility in Wisconsin Rapids. We host lunch & dinner along with 25+ large events and over 100 total outside events per year.

If you are experienced and looking to be part of a great kitchen and something great!

Starting in April, we will serve lunch and dinner 7 days per week.

This position will be 40 hours per week with some overtime.

  • Pay $16-$20 per hour depending on experience

  • Overtime approx. 100 hours per year

  • Approx. $500-$800 in gratuities, Bullseye Golf Club is a public restaurant with a large banquet facility!
